Kawai Filling Machines, Type JF-24

The method of filling the tubular elements with both of the inner and outer feeding tubes, always setting the helix coil onto the axis of the tubular elements, has an obvious advantage of low reject rate and clean environment comparing with the other kinds of methods. Our machines are in application to the former method (we call it "central filling")

Its filling process is that: the inner and outer feeding tubes are inserted into the metal tubes while the helix coil is in the central apart of the tubes, then with vibration the MgO can be fed from the hopper into the tubular elements through the space between the inner and outer feeding tubes. During the lifting of the feeding tubes, the space of the tubular elements will gradually be fully filled from the bottom to the top terminal with the MGO powder. The helix coil is almost always centered on the elements in its axis.

The frame of this machine is combined by 4 pieces of shaped steel that are fixed with the top and bottom plate with a good rigidity. There are 2 kinds of movement speed of the MgO hopper: the high speed is for loading the tubes to be filled while the lower speed, adjustable in a range of 160-250mm/min., is for MgO filling. The movement of the hopper is guided by the method of the guide bar and the sleeve. It is much more stable and accurate than the method of the rolling guide. As a result it may prevent the eccentric of the resistance coil in the tubes; producing the heating elements in a good quality.

The amplitude and the frequency of the vibrating unit can be regulated steplessly, with the coordination of the adjustment of the lift-speed you may find an optimal working condition for the filling process with a good quality and high speed.

It is convenient, safe and reliable for you to control the machine by button and/or knob operate such as: the process of high and low lift-speed, the exchange of the lift-speed, the exchange of the lift-speed, the adjustment of the amplitude and the frequency as well as the tube-clamping.
